Brown University professor, Corey Brettschneider, has a new book:  THE OATH AND THE OFFICE A GUIDE TO THE CONSTITUTION FOR FUTURE PRESIDENTS. 

It's written as a primer for a new presidents on the constitutional limits and expansiveness of executive power.  But, of course, the book serves to tell us what is acceptable and what's not when you're a President who cares about the Constitution.

President Trump is testing the Constitutional limits of the office.  Mark and J. Elvis Weinstein ask Corey about whether this President is taking us to the Constitutional brink.
