Has the method or methods of evangelism contained in the Book of Acts become obsolete? It is most certainly true, that we are authorized to utilize expedients in the work of evangelism, but we can never substitute expedients for essentials. The Acts of the Apostles must never become obsolete in the work of evangelism and in the methods implored in that work!
