This 1970's episode delves into RBG's work as an attorney leading the ACLU Women's Right's Project, taking on clients who had experienced gender-based discrimination. Episode 3 goes through RBG's Supreme Court nomination and her first decade on the High Court. Poppy and Jeffrey speak with Professor Margo Schlanger, one of RBG's clerks during her first term, who breaks down RBG's first opinion on the Court. She became the most senior liberal justice on the court and wrote some of her most memorable dissents, in cases such as Lily Ledbetter versus Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company (2006) and Shelby County versus Holder (2013).
