Christ’s sacrifice on the cross was an acceptable offering to God. He took on the punishment that we deserve, so now because of His blood we have full access to the Father. This poem is a prayer that my life would be an offering to my King out of gratitude for all He has done for me.

For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:21
