Previously in Part 1 of the Ohio Strangler case, you heard the harrowing story of Jane. A woman who barely escaped being kidnapped, raped, and tortured at the hands of a local drifter named Shawn Grate in Ashland, Ohio.
In the end, police found and raided the abandoned house she was being held captive. A house turned torture chamber.
But if detectives thought this is where the story would end they were sorely mistaken.
