Drinking: The Old Cuban

1 1/2 oz. Rum

3/4 oz. lime juice

1 oz. simple syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

mint leaves

2 oz. Champagne

Muddle mint leaves with lime juice in cocktail shaker. Add rum, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters. Shake well with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
