From 1982 to 1985 an unknown gang of brutal killers terrorized the Belgian province of Brabant. To this day, authorities have been unable to determine who the killers were or what exactly their motive was. Tonight, Alina examines the theories behind the killers' identities and the short-comings of the local law enforcement involved in the investigations.
