There are many college students who call Western Riverside County home. To add to this, the City of Riverside is a top city millennials are moving to as noted by Time Magazine, experiencing an increase in millennials from 2010 to 2015.
With a variety of universities and community colleges, and the general influx of young professionals moving, living, and working in our subregion, how do we create a place of growth for young professionals to want to invest in our local community throughout their career? On the other hand, how do young professionals leverage their skills and abilities as they transition out of higher education and into the workforce?
