Often, we wait to FEEL motivated in order to do something. We wait to feel motivated to go to the gym. We wait to feel inspired to work on our project. We wait to feel a boost of energy to get moving.
But motivation is the result of action. So action needs to come first.
Don’t wait until you feel motivated to do something. Do it despite not feeling what you think you should feel. DO IT ANYWAY! Take action, build consistency, and the motivation will follow.
