This has been something I've wanted to talk about since we began this podcast. I was waiting for the right time. And right now seems to be the right time.

Depression can be such a taboo topic. Do we talk about it? Do we not talk about it? When we do talk about it, what do we say? How much of our opinion do we give? Will we lose listeners? Thats always a concern-- At the end of the day, I really felt God nudging us in this direction for this episode. It feels right. Someone needs to hear it.
