Two moms trying to empower and inform other moms, women, kids, humans and families.  Take one proud Star Wars nerd and one crafting goddess, throw in a heavy dose of comedy, and that is us.  We will be tackling all sorts of issues like:  post-partum depression, fad diets, kids and tech, keeping your marriage healthy, and tons more.  We will have special guests, including a special segment we call "Lady bits with Alyssa" where we ask our favorite women's health expert on all issues dealing with being a woman!  We laugh, we cry, we kibitz.  Join us for a fun-filled break from life!
