Stop trying to do all the work on yourself and recognize that others need to change/do the work. You have done your part and in 2022 we aren't making excuses for others terrible behavior/character. Let them be healing or fully healed before you let that energy in your space.
No more New Year resolutions, it is the circumstances time to improve.
