Words from Kristi:
Weight loss ups and downs: divorce of parents, personal divorce, difficult work-life balance as in helper professions, compassion fatigue, stress, anxiety, financial hardships during an accident, and prioritizing others before self. Importance of talking to self in a positive way, self-worth, and taking time to recover, heal, and build helpers in your own life to help you navigate this process.
