Think about the most successful leader you know personally. It could be your boss, the leader of a volunteer group you’re part of, a good friend – it could be you. Picture that person and think about these questions:

Successful leaders are always evaluating and improving themselves. Always. They surround themselves with other people who are successful leaders and learn from them. Successful leaders understand that they must be constantly growing and improving their skills so they’ll be able to help their teams grow and improve theirs. The other leaders – the ones who aren’t as successful – are often seen and heard evaluating and judging others.
