The One Thing Great Leaders Never Try To Be? Why?

The quote "Don't be an expert" got me thinking. In this video what the disadvantage is of trying to be an expert and how to overcome this to be a great leader and decision maker. It's not an excuse for lack of knowledge. You still need to be able to dive into facts quickly and you must chose the right people ie the experts you need to support decisions and become an effective leader.
