And that is, you can download them (if the option is there) to read when you want, where ever you want.  

But also, if the story is a commission you paid for, you can then fix it up to be as you originally intended it to be.  Or if it's a story that about something you're a fan of, you can then either borrow elements for your own Original story, or fix the story in way you see fit.

But at same time, give credit to the original source material and artist of said story.
