Hey sister, welcome back to the Sexyfit Podcast and let's talk about boosting your happiness!  It's been an interesting couple of weeks so today I want to share with you what I've learned along the way. Recently I attended an amazing 4 day workshop hosted by Brandon Burchard as a part of his High Performance Academy event here in San Diego. I loved being in his class because it brought back the idea of having balance in life. We had to rate our life based on different things like health, fun, friends, adventure etc. Let me ask you something. What is missing for in your life right now? What’s the #1 thing that comes up? Is it maybe sleep, food, taking care of yourself, reading a book? While in the workshop I realized that I had been so focused on my book, on business planning and restructuring, that as a result I had been missing one key thing to be a happy and balanced human being. In my life what’s been missing is connecting with my girlfriends, with my tribe of women who offer up a lot of value, elevate me to a whole new level and most of all who are there to support me. Therefore in this episode I talk about why it is SO IMPORTANT to have a tribe of women surrounding you.
