There is one common trait that everyone has that can ruin effective leadership for anyone. Do you have it? 

It often shows up in ways and actions we do not even realize, but others see it and it can derail the mission, goal, and objectives we are trying to accomplish. It can decimate relationships, which we all know relationships are the fabric of leadership, without us even at times being aware it is happening. It is a trait that is deceptive in even identifying if we have it within ourselves because it can at times masquerade as assertiveness, being direct, having high standards, and expecting the best from people and ourselves and accepting nothing less.
