We sit down with our friend Maria to talk about her nursing career and her experience working everywhere from the ICU, to VIP medical-surgical care, to labor and delivery, to aesthetics. We hear about the pros and cons of those roles, common misconceptions about aesthetic procedures like botox and filler, and why it's more important than ever to support women's health initiatives and local labor and delivery units. We also learn about how she turned her passion for photography into a full-fledged business, and what advice she'd give to someone looking to go out on their own.
