At risk of being cliche, I would be remiss if I didn't make today's episode about all the things I'm grateful for in this wonderful life!! 

But today I especially wanted to focus on how my gratitudes have changes as I've gotten older. Where earlier in life, they may have come more from a place of worth and how other people view me, they now come from a place of value and love and what brings me peace and happiness, regardless of what other's think.
