I LOVE Cece Todd and all of her extra-ness.  Apparently, a lot of other people do too!  Her floral design business has blossomed quickly and she's been blessed with great success.  CeCe shares a lot about her obstacles and missed opportunities on her way to becoming a well-respected name a very competitive industry.
