In a world filled with constant notifications, noise, and distraction, what does it actually look like to pull away like Jesus did? We talk about quieting both the external noise around us and the internal noise within us. Sometimes it’s as simple - and as hard - as putting our phones down. Silence and solitude aren’t about isolation; they’re about training our hearts and minds to hear the voice of God. Because often, He is speaking, but we can’t hear Him when everything else is loud. This practice builds on every other spiritual discipline and reminds us that intimacy with God grows in stillness.
