Dear Friends, Oneness is the theme for this month and as the month  progresses, we are all hit up with some intense energies.  I was  recently reminded by my guides to see things in perspective.  That did  help me some what so that is why I'm sharing this bigger perspective  with you all in this episode. Since this was recorded on April 22nd 2021 Earth Day, this is a guided  meditation to connect with Mother Earth.  I was told by Kryon that when  this series of bodies were brought to Earth, Antarctica was the first  location these bodies first connected with Mother Earth.  This  meditation will make use of the special energies that's available at  Antarctica and from Greenland to balance our body/mind/spirit complex.   Enjoy.
