Social media is something we now consider as normal, a daily aspect of our new lives. So, in this episode I discuss all things to do with online, I talk body image, 'perfect' lives and also topics such as using social media as a job. And although it feels slightly hypocritical of me to speak about this on an online platform, I want this episode to allow us to become more aware of the impact that online is having on us.
