Back when I was a much younger man, my shaman guide at the time told me, "About ninety-percent of what you're doing is unnecessary." And like most of what he said back then, it went sailing straight over my furry little head. I remember chuckling ironically at the statement, but it stuck with me, although it wasn't until recently I actually understood what he meant.
