In this brief clip I share the story behind my only tattoo — a butterfly I got in 1999 — and the powerful symbolism it has carried through every season of my life.

Butterflies represent transformation, rebirth, spiritual growth, and becoming. What I didn’t realize then was how many “cocoon seasons” I would walk through — marriage, motherhood, career transitions, faith deepening, and evolving into the woman I am today.
