A few years ago, I felt like no one took me seriously. I wasn't getting the opportunities I was hoping for and wasn't sure how to change how people viewed me. I wanted them to see me as professional, capable of taking on challenging tasks, and smart enough to execute and get them the results they were looking for.
I thought that everyone saw me as "too young" or not experienced enough.
But it wasn't until a few days ago when I finally realized:
It's not them, it's me.
How we see OURSELVES matters. It changes how we show up in the world and what opportunities we put ourselves out there for.
And it took me 39 years to realize this. But now that I do? I'm unstoppable.
