It’s one thing to be able to process emotions on your own, but another beautiful thing is working through them with others. Having friends and people in your life that make you feel safe enough to be vulnerable with/to is essential. One of those friends for us is Eliany, and we’re so honored to have her on the pod! She is one of the most compassionate and empathetic people ever that radiates the most nurturing light. We dissect the way we work through different emotions, why it’s important to feel all the feelings and how it’s different for everyone. When we go through things, if you saw your friends being terrible to themselves you’d want to help them or tell them to stop, so why do we self sabotage?
