  • How the Open is structured (3 weeks, 1 workout per week)

  • When and how to submit scores

  • Whether you should repeat workouts (and when you absolutely shouldn’t)

  • Why movement standards matter (no gray area)

  • How to fuel and recover for peak performance

  • Mental preparation strategies for competition

  • Why this is the biggest fitness party of the year
