My name is Tobias Levels, former german professional soccer player. In 2021 I started a very successful german podcast entitled "HEALTH RESOLUTION". This is the international, english version, because i feel like more human beings have to have the opportunity to listen to what I have to say.

This is a podcast about a decision. About a Resolution to live a healthy life.
This podcast will generate knowledge. Knowledge about how our bodies function and our daily responsibilities to maintain a healthy, natural state and condition.
