There is an epidemic in our students lives with bullying, depression, self-harm & suicide. Experts say it comes from our student's sense of feeling invisible or ignored. As adults we can keep our relationships with students shallow and on the surface. Or we can go deep. When it comes to relationships I like another word better than deep.
