Just to be Clear.. I'll never stop doing this practice. ever. never.

It has deeply changed my entire life!

Did you know you can receive deep cellular relaxation through massaging the lips?

The lips hold tons of nerve innervations and are connected into the parasympathetic nervous system.

I recommend doing this practice 3 times a week for the shifting of the tongue Alignment with the female pelvis.

Today we have an embodiment session that goes over self love and touch work.
