Mary Colak has used her unique ability to turn chaos into order for organizations and individuals for over 30 years. Working with her clients, she helps them identify necessary improvements in organizational and personal work methods and systems. As a result of her involvement, client organizations experience marked improvements in efficiency and productivity, and individuals experience stress reduction. In addition to working with organizations to improve business processes, Mary has coached and mentored individuals to help them manage and overcome obstacles to job performance. She also spent seven years teaching operations management at a local university. However, since the pandemic, Mary has refocused. She is now a published author and enjoys working as an editor.
