Picking up after the defeat of the Joker, the strip had its own Catwoman, Penguin, Riddler, and Mad Hatter, as well as featured its own take on the return of the Joker, Harvey Dent’s turn into Two-Face, the origin of Robin, and a big finale set within Arkham Asylum!
