When Kathy Lichtendahl and her husband, Ken, moved to a remote part of Wyoming in the early 1990's, the most common question from friends and family was "What do you DO all day?" With approximately 80% of the U.S. population residing in or near a city, many citizens find it hard to imagine a life spent in a wild area of the country's least populated state.
