Some kinds of help aren’t helpful - don’t dismiss, cheerlead, or enable avoidance. Just show up and keep showing up. Anxiety is everywhere - in our homes, our conversations, our kids, at work, the news. Many experts say we are living in an age defined by anxiety. It may be pervasive, but it isn't new and scripture is not silent on the subject. Anxiety thrives in silence and avoidance, so it's time to talk about it!
