The title of "Overseer" comes with great responsibility. The bible calls men to oversee their families. This means provisionally, economically, emotionally, and most importantly, spiritually. Man ignore the latter two and only focus on the economical aspect. The spiritual and emotional component are completely ignored. This must change.
