#004 - There are two types of pain in life - the pain of discipline and the pain of regret.  You get to choose.  When you ultimately reflect on your life, will it smack of success, accomplishment, and fulfillment?  Or will it ring hollow with the echos of disappointment and what could have been?  In this week's episode, I will discuss some inspirational leadership quotes and movies, along with some descriptors of disciplined and undisciplined people.  I will also introduce a new character - "Raymond the Rat," which will serve as a bonus lesson intended to help you deal with issues and people in the workplace.  Ready to be inspired?  Let's do it!
