I decided to approach the text with the following assumption and it has served me quite well in identifying harmony between the text and nature. This text is a divine revelation that was given to ancient men written in a way that would match a deeper understanding of reality if understood correctly. Its preservation and application to an advance understanding of the universe lends credence to its divine revelation because ancient men did not understand the world as we know it today.
