Many of us get stuck in our past - telling ourselves the things we can and the things we can't do - rather than looking at our present, the here and now - what can we do right now and what can we do in the future. 

It's such a powerful quote - we get so hung up on how we do things and we take all that forward with us, rather than leaving it behind if we need to. 

We talk about how we can hold onto our limitations - because we've always done things a certain way.
