As a response to the Black Lives Matter protests of 2020, many institutions, businesses, and organizations across various sectors in the U.S. dedicated more resources to developing equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives within their organizations. In the two years since the protests, how are these EDI initiatives institutionalizing racial equity and social change?
