Pastorates have no social costs. Pastorates do not need the state. Because the state is not needed the need for taxation is eliminate. Because taxation is eliminated freeloading is not possible. The people through their work have the power. Those who have responsibility have power over the things they assume responsibility for, this is the church. Pastorates create a church under the sovereign jurisdiction of those who have faith.
