What are the requirements for a qualified pastor? A seminary degree? The right denominational training? Few of the qualifications we place on pastors today were even available in the churches we read about in the Book of Acts. The Apostle Paul tells us in Acts 20:25-31 what he expected for those that followed him in pastoring Christ's church.
