Mike takes time to explain his unorthodox path to become a personal trainer and corrective exercise expert. His title as a master trainer within the National Academy of Sports Medicine has helped him explore his role as an exercise specialist while his background in competitive hockey has taught him how to be a better coach, student, and companion to his clients as they grow as athletes and build healthy lifestyles.
