Jake and I got to spend some time together talking about our journeys into personal development and business. We discuss how Jake started to invest into real estate and how he was able to start to build a rental portfolio. Apart from his development, we also dive into my own journey and what obstacles I have had to overcome to get to where I am.

Jake Steel graduated in 2019 with a degree in Computer Science and moved to Houston, Texas. While living there, he rented out a living room to save money. With all of the saved money, he bought his first house and moved to Indiana. Since then, Jake has been house hacking and leveraging his rental income to purchase other rentals. Jake's 3 year journey has allowed him to transition from living in his grandma's spare bedroom, to owning multiple houses and starting his own business.
