The Path to Forgiveness
It’s interesting how just three chapters into the story of Scripture we see pain inflicted and forgiveness granted. The pain that God must have felt over the fractured relationship God had with Adam and Eve must have been profound. But God responds. God’s first act flows from love and compassion towards Adam and Eve. God clothes them with skins and forgiveness. It’s a kingdom thing, and it’s a pathway to freedom.
