The ones that were aiming for Spring of 2020, Summer of 2020, Fall of 2020, or even Winter of 2020 experience a longer stretch; In the case of our guest today, over 560 days in the making. We're excited to welcome Chef Joe Flamm to the show, now just a few weeks since his doors opened. Joe is the chef/owner of Rose Mary’s in Chicago. You may know Joe from his days at Chicago’s Michelin Starred Italian Temple Spiaggia or his turn as Bravo’s Top Chef champion in 2018.
