out here today with a 50 pound pack.
Its snowing it's my favorite time to go out but
the perception of how hard it was going
to be slowed me down. It's cold,
carrying weight, maybe I shouldn't carry
the weight, it's muddy, who else is
doing this crazy crap?
But, here I am! A lot of times the perception ofhow hard something is will stop you
even when the opposite circumstances of
not coming out here, not doing something
because you perceive it's hard, it's hard
anyway it's just a slow death not being
in shape being tired all the time
not having the energy to actually go do
the things you want to do like dancing
or skydiving play with your children or
even having sex people complain all the
time they're too tired to have sex now
what kind of life is that?
Remember the perception of how hard it
is, can stop you, but remember it's
just your perception it's not real that hard"
