With the birth of Jesus we received a great gift from God.  A prophet, priest, a king, a savior.  In response the wise men traveled to offer their gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.  Their gifts were fitting for one such as this.  What can we give that is fitting given both who Jesus is and what we are able to experienced through him.  There is only one gift that even begins to fit the bill, the whole of our lives.  This we offer as Christians, not that we can ever repay God, but as an act of gratitude and praise.
