Haeln Gebre resides in Winnipeg, MB, but was born in Kenya. She graduated from the Honours Acting Program at the University of Winnipeg (credits include I Think We Are Alone, Love and Information, and 365 Days/365 Plays). She also studied with The Village Conservatory and has done several intensives, including the Rise Musical Theatre Intensive.

Haeln will be originating the role of Reese in the spring production of The Perfect Man at The Gargoyle Theatre, running from May 6-17, 2026.
